Delete your data

Last updated: 14 October 2026. Becoming does not use accounts or passwords, so you never need to log in to delete anything.

In the Becoming app

1. Open Becoming and tap Settings.
2. Tap Delete my data.
3. Confirm. This erases, from our servers: your anonymous device record, any AI-generated images, your referral data and the link between your device and any subscription record.
4. Delete the app from your phone to remove what is stored on it (your habit history, progress photos and saved images live on your phone only).

If you have an active subscription, cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings as well. Apple and Google handle billing, so we cannot cancel it for you.

Waitlist (website)

1. Email privacy@becomingglow.app from the address you signed up with.
2. Use the subject "Delete my waitlist data".
3. We delete your email, phone type, referral code and signup time, and reply to confirm within 30 days.

To stop emails without deleting anything, use the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

What we keep, and why

• Reported images: if you reported an image, it is kept for up to 30 days so a person can review it and improve our safety filters, then deleted.
• Legal minimums: records we must keep by law (for example, tax records of purchases handled by Apple or Google) are kept only as long as required.
• Security logs: short-term request logs kept by our host, Cloudflare, expire on their own schedule.
